Policies
- Check-in is 3:00 P.M. or later
- Check-out is 11:00 A.M.
- Two-night minimum stay
- A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to confirm your reservation
- Families with children 12 years of age or older are welcome
- Sorry, no pets.
- Smoking outside only
- Water's Edge is fully licensed and inspected.
Rates
- $130 to $160 per night depending upon the length of stay
- $20 per night for each additional guest over 2
- (prices do not include any meals or sales tax and are subject to change)
